Dynamix Dance School operates one of their dance studios straight across the road from our school, teaching Jazz, Hip Hop and Contemporary.  Children are taught in small groups in fun loving classes where Carmel says there is "a focus on quality over quantity”.

All children have the opportunity to sit dance exams and participate in the annual dance school concert. If your child is interested in learning to dance then please contact Carmel Howarth, email carmel@dynamixdance.co.nz  or phone 827 1878 for more information.

Testimonials

"Our daughter loves her dancing with Carmel. It has grown her confidence and coordination and even helped her agility on the netball court. The highlight of the year is the annual show at St Peters which showcases the fantastic work they do and is testament to what a great dance teacher Carmel is. It gives the children a taste of performing in public and is a hugely exciting time. We are very lucky that dancing works in well with the great after school care facility that is in place at Roto-o-rangi and my daughter is walked over to her dancing from where I am able to collect her after the lesson.” Katy

"Our daughter has danced with the Dynamix Dance School for the last 4 years, and has gradually developed her skills with Carmel’s tuition and encouragement. Dance has really helped to develop our daughter’s balance, coordination, posture and memory for the most amazingly complex dance routines. The Dynamix classes are on the doorstep of the school and offer a great after-school opportunity for children – both boys and girls. As well as the regular dance classes, children have the option of taking exams and being part of the superb dance show at the end of the year.” Harriet
