Bridge Building

The seniors took on a Technology Challenge which involved using engineering principles to create a sturdy bridge. Triangles and Semi circles formed the basis of many designs. Using limited amounts of newspaper, string and masking tape they had to build a bridge with a 30cm span and tested to see if it could hold a matchbox car. Mahi tahi or Collaboration was required by the teams to be successful. Unfortunately, not everyone was successful. Here they are in the creating phase.
