Garden to Table - May 2023
Rooms 2 and 4 continue with their fortnightly Garden to Table sessions; on Friday 19th May we had groups of tamariki weeding the vege gardens, planting seedlings, harvesting vegetables and making them into a salad, making a dressing, making and cooking flatbreads... and then of course, sampling their meal!
