Kapa Haka

Over the last few years we have worked hard to get our own Kapa Haka roopuu up and running.  Our first year of performing at the Cambridge Kapa Haka festival was 2023, with Whaea Rangiamoa as our tutor. This year our tutor was Matua Te Taonga, who coached our tamariki at Cambridge High School each week. We performed at the festival in August and ngaa tamariki did so well. We have watched them grow in confidence and ability as their journey has progressed. We will be aiming for uniforms next year too.

Kapa Haka is open to aakonga in years 3 to 6.
