The Board (formerly BOT)

The school Board has the responsibility of governing the school. They welcome input from parents and regularly seek to consult with the community when establishing the school's direction, writing policies and forming long term plans, etc.  The Board is made up of five elected parents, one staff trustee and the Principal. Elections are held every three years.

Board meetings are held twice per term and all parents are welcome to attend. Any issues or concerns regarding the management and delivery of the school curriculum should be addressed with the appropriate staff member in the first instance, and governance issues taken up with a Board member or the Board Chair. Triennial Elections 2025

Elections for all parent and staff positions on the Board are held every three years. This is currently underway, with an Election date of 10th September 2025. 

Nominations have been called for and close at 12 noon on Wednesday 6th August 2025. Nomination forms and accompanying letters were sent to all parents, caregivers and staff members on the school electoral roll via email and/or paper copies. More copies are available from the school office.

By-Election 2024

We held a By-Election to fill one elected parent representative position on the Board, calling for nominations by the end of June 2024.
