Liezel joined the team at the beginning of 2022, and her vibrant approach to teaching was an instant hit! Her infectious enthusiasm is appreciated and loved by her students, as they embark on adventures of outdoor games, colourful creations, and exciting ways to learn even the most challenging numeracy and literacy topics!

"I began my teaching career in Early Childhood Education over a decade ago and have now spent over four years working in Primary Education. Since 2022, I’ve been a teacher at Roto-o-Rangi School, following my family's relocation to Cambridge. Teaching is my passion because I strive to have an inspiring and positive impact on the lives of children.
Outside of the classroom, I am married to Aaron and the proud parent of three daughters, and a pet lover with a dog and a cat. In my spare time, I enjoy playing netball and spending time at the beach"
