Liezel's vibrant approach to teaching is appreciated and loved by all students in her class, as they embark on adventures of outdoor games, colourful creations, and exciting ways to learn even the most challenging numeracy and literacy topics! This year Liezel returns to her old stomping ground of Room 2, which should have a new roof by the beginning of the term!

I began my teaching career in Early Childhood Education over a decade ago and have spent the last three years working in Primary Education. Since 2022, I’ve been a teacher at Roto-o-Rangi School, following my family's relocation to Cambridge. Teaching is my passion because I strive to have an inspiring and positive impact on the lives of children.
Outside of the classroom, I am married to Aaron and the proud parent of three daughters, and a pet lover with a dog and a cat. In my spare time, I enjoy playing netball and spending time at the beach.
