Garden to Table (Rms 3 & 4)

This term, we are running fruit cutting sessions every two weeks in order to give the children their 'kitchen knife license' once they can use a knife properly. We watch a video first, have a talk about it, and then we demonstrate how to use the knife and where our hands need to go. We have three groups, each at a table, and there is an adult supervising each group.
